@Mandaishan These ice cream bars are easily available in the U.S. I don’t know the recipe for making them, but you might find it on the internet.

@bettyskitchen Its a traditional meal in my country ( Quebec )
Its french fries with cheese and you add gravy sauce on top .
If you want you can add michigan hot dog sauce on it or chiken with its up to you :)

@grandpearl29 Thanks for your sweet comment; you may have ingredients (frozen chocolate treats) that you can substitute, and then use sweetened whipped cream to ice the cake.
