Yes I can see it, however aluminum leaks into the food and distorts the taste, better to cook with stainless steel or copper. If you heat the pan before hand the food want stick to it.

@spadedz uhm, can’t you see the salmon is resting on its skin? if you don’t use foil the salmon skin will stick to the pan-.- and im assuming he didn’t want to waste time dirtying his pan with oil.

@leftyla Yams originated in Africa, and sweet potatoes came from South or Central America. Also, yams are bigger than sweet potatoes, and are colored differently (sometimes).
