@XProVideoMakerX For this recipe you can use 1 tbsp of rice vinegar and 1 tbsp of water in the marinade instead of the sherry

I put the chicken bits and flour in a bag and shake well. This way I coat them with flour instantly, so it fastens the flour, egg and cornstarch period. I suggest it.
