@g2quared85 they might be too fresh… Fresh eggs are often hard to shell when boiled, I usually buy the eggs a week before I want to use them…

Yeah, Chef, why do people back into parking spaces? Why reverse into the tiny space (the parking stall) rather than the other option which is driving in straight then later reversing out into the big space (the driving lane)? A lot more room for error there.

@g2quared85 After you pour the water out, put the eggs back into the pot you boiled them in and give them a little bashing around (gently) and they will break up, then run them under cold water while you’re removing the shell(s) and the shells should be easier to remove, without rips.
