Umm… Can’t you tell by her accent? America is such a melting pot these days, physical appearance is really hard to guess. But the accent is VERY obvious! I give her props for her message. Most of her workouts would be tough for the average person, but they are quick and can fit in most schedules!! And almost no special equipment!

I keep seeing comments about how she needs to increase production value…Do people really always need to jump all over what a gorgeous,healthy, and well-spoken woman does? She’s posting videos and guides for a very good cause, especially now in an era where healthy, in-shape people are becoming more rare.

Give her thanks for the help and leave the rest alone. Who cares if you can hear a bird whistling in the background?

No, she’s from our Czech Rep.. Rusians have different accent, They have accent on penultimate(last but one syllable ), We don’t. It the biggest difference.
