looks really delicious!

I would at least triple up on the butter and a little more garlic. It’s the southern way, but foodwishes is the light way.

@estrellita09 You can buy shrimp pre-cleaned, y’know. If no grocery store near you offers that, you just cut them straight down the middle until you expose the black vein running through them (that’s where their waste is) then pull that out. It’s pretty easy. You can look up vids of it on youtube if you need to be walked through it, there’s a ton.
