We’ve never tried this recipe in a crock pot, but it should work.

You can get Quinoa in any state or city at a whole food store or trader joes or any health food store.

It is a prestige pressure cooker, 4liters.
In a week or so, we will have pressure cookers in our store on our website. Right now it’s under construction, but check back next week.

Unfortunately, there is no known hindi or gujarati word for Quinoa, pronounced keen-wah.

It is a seed from Peru (South America). Very nutritious.
