@sk8er485 You can use the leftover pulp from juicing like I did. I made a green juice from whole broccoli, a bit of spinach, and a lot of celery. The great thing is that you are not wasting the pulp, which was my concern as i am on a budget. I mix the leftover pulp with olive oil, salt, chopped tomatoes, avacado, and seeds such as sesame seeds and poppy seeds. You could also mix it with shredded carrots or chopped bell peppers and onions. It tastes great!

True. The body stores toxins in fat cells. When fat cells are consumed for energy, the toxins are released..and flushed after a few days of feeling “off” or ill. Think about all of the toxins we have consumed over the years (stored in our fat cells) and then suddenly all being dumped into our system at a fast rate. Enjoyed your video Dan!

I’m digging this guys energy and message. He is definitely super passionate about what he’s doing. On a side note when he recommends a baked yam at the end of the video I laughed and laughed. Baked yam is funny and when he just drops it in there man that is funny and awesome. Great videos, I’ve been trying to go vegan but keep falling off the wagon and I appreciate this guys videos.

@ateista72 raw garlic is good for inflammation. even if you don’t have much inflammation, a piece of raw garlic in the morning is good for you. make sure you brush your teeth afterwards and use some breath mints haha.
