I told my mom I learned to cook from Chef John, but if she found out he considers tripe a suitable thing to eat, she would never eat anything I would cook for her. Me? I just can’t stand Garbonzo beans. YUCK! Animal protien is animal protien but I dislike garbonzos with a passion.
