I tried this recipe last night for my parents and it was a mega success! I’m not a root veggie fan but done this way they were delicious. This dish is also great cold as I ate some leftovers for breakfast.

This looks excellent! However, I strongly disagree that root-vegetables doesn’t taste good raw. Gnawing on some rutabaga/swede is actually really good, and I always do it if I myself or someone is using it in a dish.
